Q: How are your cards printed?

A: Our cards are printed via a 4 color process on Heidelberg presses. We first put a single layer of UV coating on the card to assure the ink applies properly when printed, and then a second UV layer is applied over the ink to assure durability and a beautiful shine.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Orders are very simple with our online order form.

Step 1 - enter your contact info
Step 2 - tell us how many sets of cards you want and what options you need
Step 3 - confirm your order and billing info
Step 4 - upload any artwork you have if you are supplying it yourself

Once that is done, you will receive a proof from our print team within 24 hours for you to approve your order before it goes to press.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Our normal turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days (business days are Monday through Friday). Cards with less options (mag stripes, barcodes, foil, etc.) will print the fastest, cards with more options need extra time for finishing. If you need your order faster you can pay for a higher level of shipping to improve the targeted delivery time.

Plastic card with no options average production time is 7 business days
Plastic card with one option average production time is 10 business days
Plastic card with two options average production time is 12 business days
Plastic cards with three or more options production time is 14+ business days

Q: What size are your plastic cards?

A: 3.375" x 2.125" just like a standard credit card. They also have 1/8" diameter rounded corners which are also exactly like you would see on a credit card.

Q: What thickness are your plastic cards?

A: Our cards are always printed on thick 30 millimeter white pvc stock.
No flimsy cards here ever!

Q: Do you offer overnight shipping?

A: Yes you can have your cards overnight shipped or 2-day aired if want to get them a little sooner. Typically overnighting plastic cards can cost $95 or more, depending on the quantity in your package. We will custom quote your shipping based on location and weight, all you have to do is call or email us with the request.
